Mr. Raman Rajiv Agarwal has been associated with Sawariya Group since 2010, playing a key role in establishing it as a leading exporter, importer, and FMCG distribution network in India. Under his leadership, the Group has expanded into multiple sectors, including one of the country’s largest men’s salon distribution networks, six blade manufacturing units, and strategic partnerships. He is also an active brand investor, with investments in well-known names such as T&G, Brylcreem, Impulse, and TIGI, and has recently ventured into startup funding, focusing on scalable and future-ready businesses. His vision continues to drive the Group’s global outreach, with exports to over 50 countries across segments like personal care, home care, hygiene, and food & refreshments.

After completing his management degree, Mr. Aman Agrawal gained extensive experience across various roles and functions, building a deep understanding of business operations and international trade. Today, as the Head of International Business at Sawariya Group, he leverages this expertise to expand the company’s global footprint and drive international growth and success.

Mr. Rajiv Agrawal laid the foundation of Sawariya Trading Company in 1993, driven by vision and entrepreneurial passion. A true trailblazer, he played a pioneering role in transforming the financial landscape of Khandesh. Under his dynamic leadership, the Sawariya Group has grown into a diversified business powerhouse, charting a remarkable and consistent growth trajectory across sectors.

Mr. Tejas Jawale holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Commerce from Pune University, Maharashtra. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). With deep expertise in Corporate Laws, FEMA, and Intellectual Property (Trademarks), he brings substantial experience in legal drafting and compliance. His professional background includes preparing and reviewing a wide range of agreements such as Partnership Deeds, Joint Venture Agreements, Share Subscription & Shareholders Agreements, and NDAs. He is also well-versed in handling regulatory petitions, including those related to condonation of delay for charge registration and satisfaction before authorities like the Registrar of Companies and Regional Directors.
