Sawariya Group

Sawariya Group, established in 1993, began as a distribution partner for Unilever in North Maharashtra, India. Over the last 32+ years, we’ve grown into one of India’s largest distribution houses, managing over 100 brands across FMCG, lifestyle, luggage, and niche perfumes. We manage the complete deo and fragrances category for Unilever in India, along with overseeing marketing activations, supply chain solutions, and full-service distribution for other brands. We handle design, manufacturing, sales, and customer service for luggage brands and operate retail stores and exclusive outlets for over 30 premium perfume brands.

We have come a long way, building our foundation and, most importantly, the team required to make it all happen. With a Pan-India presence, we help brands launch, grow, and scale with 360-degree support.

MR. RAJIV AGRAWAL

Mr. Rajiv Agrawal laid the foundation of Sawariya in 1993, starting from a small grocery shop in North Maharashtra and scaling the business across India. Today, as Chairman of the Sawariya Group, he oversees the company’s financial strategy and continues to guide its long-term growth. His journey is a testament to resilience, vision, and entrepreneurial excellence.

Mr. Raman Agrawal, an MBA graduate from the University of Nottingham, founded Sawariya Futureworks Limited and leads the company’s brand acquisitions and strategic growth. A visionary leader, he has been instrumental in doubling the company’s growth in recent years and expanding the group into lifestyle, fragrances, premium retail, and luxury categories.

Aman Agrawal co-founded Sawariya Futureworks Limited, where he leads brand acquisitions, distribution strategy, and supply chain operations. With a background in film production at Yash Raj Films, he brings strong expertise in large-scale coordination, logistics, and innovation. His focus on operational excellence has been key to expanding Sawariya’s presence across global markets. Aman is also building a new venture aimed at transforming the way men in India shop online.
